SORECO est un cabinet d’experts-comptables et d’avocats français basés à Madrid, Barcelone, Lisbonne et Milan. Fondé en 2002 à l’initiative de Stéphane DERUY, le cabinet a toujours été spécialisé dans le conseil aux sociétés françaises et étrangères investissant en Espagne, au Portugal et en Italie. Associé à Brigitte BABOULÈNE, pour la partie juridique, et Xavier HECKLER, pour l’expertise comptable, nous nous sommes spécialisés dans la création de société en Espagne, au Portugal et en Italie ainsi que dans le suivi comptable, fiscal, social et juridique de filiales d’entreprises françaises en Espagne, au Portugal et en Italie. D’abord implanté à Madrid, SORECO a progressivement étendu ses activités à toute l’Espagne. Nous sommes aujourd’hui le cabinet leader dans les services aux sociétés françaises et étrangères. Après 20 ans de développement constant, l’association avec un nouvel expert-comptable, Alexis MAGIE, nous a amené à nous implanter à Barcelone en 2012. Nous avons franchi de nouvelles étapes et avons ouvert un cabinet à Lisbonne fin 2014 puis à Milan à l'automne 2015.
