My career as a real estate attorney led me to co-found a nonprofit organization in 2010, opening, managing and operating shared housing models, including sober living homes and senior & student housing, which allowed me to help mentor other group home owners in their business. I dedicated 15 years to housing more than 30000 people, most coming home from the justice system. It is time to transition into my passion of teaching others and providing consultation, coaching and speaking services for all shared housing businesses. My extensive knowledge and experience with Group Homes is available for those who want to make a social impact in their communities by providing affordable housing and existing real estate investors wanting to increase and double their rental income. With the nationwide shortage of affordable housing and rising housing costs, shared living is poised to become a moving force in the real estate market. I am available for consultations, coaching, and speaking at events on cohousing, coliving, and shared housing real estate. I teach the ins and outs of running businesses such as sober living homes, transitional housing, student housing, senior housing, reentry housing, and much more.
