Mr. Sosa is a an Authorized OSHA Construction Trainer with University of Arlington. Also, authorized instructor for NCCER & Red Cross. We offer OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training Spanish and English. We have an abreast experience and a developed curricula. Our mission is to create an awareness about safety in the workplace and foment an accident prevention culture. What make our training unique is the use an interactive dynamics where our student can use a hands on exercise where they can learn safety in the workplace. Our main resources is the OSHA material in OSHA.gov website. Other important topics is ergonomics, heat stress, workplace violence, health and safety in the workplace. Our team is actively working on safety newsletters and technology that will help workers to prevent accident and save lives. For example, heat stress prevention attire, PPE technology, ergonomic practices, silicosis prevention, scaffolding, ladder technology, etc. We believe that construction is a very noble job and by giving a top quality training we are honoring our construction industry. By using dynamics that require hands on will develop muscle memory that will help construction workers to be reactive and alert in the construction site; this also will grow confidence using construction items.
