We have always prided ourselves on building long-term relationships with clients who are amongst the world's most sophisticated marketers. These have included The Automobile Association, Barnardo’s, Capita, Diabetes UK, Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, ESPN Classic, The Folio Society, Habitat, HarperCollins, Mothercare, New Scientist, Philips Classics, Play.com, The Reader's Digest Association, Royal Mail, Tesco F&F/Clothing, Time-Life, Universal Music, Vauxhall and Which?. Since 2010 we have also worked for China Daily European Edition and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), the world's largest bank by market capitalisation. Working with them has given us valuable insights into brand creation and strategies that work. Our contribution to their success is based on a vision that encompasses every aspect of effective marketing, from striking brand design and persuasive copy to using incentives and targeting the offer. Since 2008 we have worked closely with the London-based branding agency Crave. We have helped produce a variety of projects for their clients. Most of these are for internal communications, including material for print and intranet sites. These clients include British Petroleum, British Airways, Marks & Spencer and Swarowski.
