We specialize in helping individuals, families, and couples navigate life’s challenges and manage a variety of mental health concerns. We provide support in processing trauma, managing anxiety and depression, and helping children and parents who are struggling. We teach clients how to communicate their wants and needs effectively while avoiding common thinking errors—such as making assumptions and taking things personally. Our goal is to guide you toward a life of peace and authenticity. We have helped many teens and families establish clear household expectations to reduce misunderstandings and create balance. We also support new mothers through postpartum depression, breastfeeding challenges, infant sleep patterns, scheduling, and developmental leaps. In couples therapy, we utilize Gottman relationship tools to strengthen relationships and address conflict in a constructive way.
