My name is Sian Flynn-Coleman, late-diagnosed ADHD Mama of 3, Spiritual Life Coach & Birthkeeper. I have been privileged to coach many women over the last two years as I've stepped into one of my soul's deepest callings: to help newly diagnosed ADHD women feel welcome & held as they learn about how ADHD affects them across different facets of their lives. I provide trauma-informed, nervous system-aware support and mindset-based life coaching for women at various stages of learning more about themselves as they come to terms with an ADHD diagnosis - whether formally diagnosed or suspected. I help my clients find calm amidst the stress of daily life and identify thought patterns that have kept them feeling stuck in fulfilling their life's purpose. As ADHDers, we inevitably find ourselves at a point where we realise that we are done with trying to fit into whatever mould has been prescribed for us - it's exhausting and completely unfulfilling. We are looking for better ways to parent our kids and find truly fulfilling careers and meaningful relationships while learning about how best to understand ourselves while navigating this human experience.
