He also works with individuals seeking more focused guidance. Before coming to California, he spent ten years as the resident spiritual director of a non-denominational spiritual sanctuary and retreat on the Big Island of Hawaii. Over the years Bob has worked with ministers and monks, to the newly inspired; with souls in spiritual crisis, to those seeking accelerated awakening. Bob says “what allows me to work so deeply and effectively with people of many spiritual paths, lifestyles, and cultures, is being able to connect with them at their soul level zeroing in on where they need the most guidance.” Bob has dedicated his life to refining this approach for twenty years, drawing on the essential elements of the world’s great masters and his own direct experience. "Soulwork" is best understood as a 21st century complement to traditional spirituality. It turbo-charges any sincere and authentic spiritual journey. A “soulworker” breaks through to new levels of awakening including a greater understanding of what it means to be fully human and spiritually awake at the same time. “Soulwork”, which is the name given to Bob Mackura’s seasoned approach to accelerating spiritual growth, combines the latest holistic and integrative approaches to evolve human consciousness even further.
