About Sound Foundations NW

Villages, Not Encampments. Sound Foundations NW (SFNW) is addressing the crisis of our unsheltered homeless neighbors in the Seattle area by producing transitional tiny homes with our quick, efficient, cost effective, and streamlined building system. We've now built over 560 of our tiny homes, and counting, since we began in 2018. Once in a tiny home village, residents have access to administrative help, counseling, treatment, education, and community-building while they await permanent housing, and our city streets, parks, and tourist attractions are once again more available for everyone’s enjoyment. We agree with Mayor Bruce Harrell when he visited us and stated his belief that, “the tiny home village program is the first, best path to solving homelessness.”
