About Souris Basin Planning Council

We are a solutions-based team made up of entrepreneurs, elected officials, volunteers, and passionate individuals finding and creating opportunity for economic progress in our communities. We eagerly serve communities and counties within North Dakota Region 2 (Bottineau, Burke, McHenry, Mountrail, Renville, Pierce and Ward counties). Community-minded individuals from each county serve voluntarily on our Board of Directors, providing balanced input and guiding progress. Our Loan Review Committee members include subject-matter experts from around the region, who volunteer their time to review loan programs and provide responsible recommendations for sustainable growth.
