We also conduct research and develop industry reports to help businesses better understand the dynamics of the markets they operate in. Growth: covering both bid writing and bid management services to successfully respond to request for proposal (RFP) and developing go-to-market strategies for new products, we can help businesses of any size growth their top line revenue. Product Management: providing end-to-end product management services for successfully introducing new digital products and improving existing offerings. Based in London, UK, Souter Point has been helping an international roster of satisfied clients of all sizes with their strategy, growth and product challenges since 2015. We have advised strategy consultancies such as The Boston Consulting Group on market growth potential and worked with private equity firm Partners Group on a multi-billion pound acquisition. We have conducted bid writing and bid management services that have won more than £500m in new business and funding, for bluechip companies like Capita and TUI to organisations in the third sector such as Generator North East.
