We are a Bay Area baseball and softball training facility dedicated to providing young players with the knowledge and resources needed to maximize their skills and reach their full potential. Established in 2006, South Bay Sports Training (SBST) has grown to a 3-level, one-of-a-kind, indoor training facility that breaks down to 5,000 square feet of top-of-the-line speed and strength equipment and 15,000+ square feet of multi-use training cages and drill stations. *New* 6,000 square feet of coin-op batting cages. Established in 2007. South Bay Sports Training (SBST) has grown to a three level, 26,000+ sq ft facility. A truly unique, one of a kind indoor facility that provides a great experience and environment for players, coaches and parents. SBST has assembled a coaching staff consisting of the most knowledgeable coaches with actual playing and coaching experience in the Bay Area. Ideal for individuals or teams who want to take their softball or baseball game to the next level. We have had an unparalleled track record of success.
