About South East Dance
South East Dance is an Arts Council England-funded charity championing bold, diverse dance across the region since 1997, and making dance accessible to every body from our sustainable, contemporary home The Dance Space. What We Do: • Artist Development: Funding, mentoring, and career support for dance professionals • Community Engagement: Classes and events for people discovering dance for the first time • Facilities: Studio and meeting room hire and performance opportunities at The Dance Space, Brighton & Hove's first purpose-built home for dance in the heart of the city’s cultural quarter. • Advocacy: Working regionally, nationally, and internationally as part of the UK Dance Network Our Mission: Our mission is to make dance happen for every body.
