South East Employers is one of the nine regional employers' organisations which represent the interests of local authorities and public sector bodies in England. As the regional employers’ organisation for the South East, we are independent and not-for-profit. We aim to add value to our councils and communities through our wealth of local knowledge and professional expertise, as a member-led organisation. We are leading providers of high-quality consultancy and training in areas of organisational change, leadership, compliance with employment law and local democracy. We also offer specialist advice and courses in; political skills, facilitating and delivering programmes to enhance effective governance, scrutiny and accountability, as well as political leadership, change management, development and support of councillors.
