About South Jersey Sixes Lacrosse
The South Jersey Sixes Lacrosse League was founded with the goal of enhancing South Jersey Lacrosse by providing equitable opportunities for programs to train and develop in the off-season. In the fall of 2023, it was announced that lacrosse would be added to the Olympic Games beginning with the 2028 Summer Games in Los Angeles. This is an exciting development for sport and the culmination of a lot of hard work and effort from the international lacrosse community. The version of lacrosse that was approved for the Olympics is a smaller field called Sixes, instead of the full field 10v10 men's version played at our high school, NCAA and pro levels. South Jersey Sixes will provide players with the opportunity to develop as lacrosse players. The South Jersey Sixes league mission is to provide all players with the opportunity to play fast, get a lot of reps, and develop as a complete lacrosse player.
