At its core, South Texas Traffic Alliance is a service company. Our mission is to strive to provide the highest quality of service and safety to our customers, our community and our roads by providing the highest quality workmanship with the most efficient and cost effective services available. A drive from one end of San Antonio to another will show roads as far as the eye can see under construction or in desperate need of construction. Road construction and traffic safety are synonymous, you cannot have one without the other. South Texas Traffic Alliance has established a strong organization where character, integrity and commitment are vital parts of the company to ensure the safety of their customers and the community are kept intact. The staff at South Texas Traffic Alliance is not just good at what they do, they have a passion for quality and will always strive to please the customer while bringing value and exceptional safety to the project. All employees and management will be trained through the staple programs (Flagger Training, Traffic Control Supervisor (Management), Traffic Control Technician) provided by ATSSA, American Traffic Safety Services Association. As the company progresses and expands its coverage capability, additional training programs will be implemented to ensure the staff and management are performing at their peak performance.
