Nashville has many nicknames: Music City, Athens of the South and as of late, even the “it” city. Whatever you want to call it, our city has so much to offer regardless of your interests. We are fortunate enough to call this our home and even more fortunate we get to share our city with those who want to really experience Nashville beyond just Broadway. We have 6 homes we open to guests for business or leisure - and everything in between. 5 of our homes are within a short driving distance (2.5 miles) to Downtown Nashville, Music City Center, Bridgestone and Nissan Stadium. Our 1920s home, The Country Cottage (short term rental) and The Little House (extended stay) are located in Historic East Nashville and in a walkable area. We also have 3 studios in a retro condo building with pool nestled between Berry Hill and 12 South in the Melrose Neighborhood. 25 miles outside of the city limits, we also have Lyric at Leiper's Fork. The perfect space for a stay, small corporate meetings, retreats and even gatherings (up to 20). Owned & operated by local Nashville hosts. We operate in accordance with local laws and are permitted to operate in Davidson County and the city of Berry Hill.
