SPSA has nine Transfer Stations and one Regional Landfill that receives solid waste from municipal haulers, residents from SPSA member communities and private waste haulers. We service, Boykins, Ivor, Isle of Wight, Franklin, Suffolk, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth and Virginia Beach.
