Meet the Owner/Inspector - Trever Dorics I am a native Floridian who grew up in Manatee County. I started my construction experience as a young man working with my uncles in masonry construction and pouring concrete foundations. I also had my own business for home restorations. Later, I began working within the Marine Construction industry where I obtained my 500 Ton Captain license and gained a wealth of knowledge for a different side of the construction industry. I put that knowledge to use by helping to build a new and successful heavy civil marine construction business from the ground up. After years of building my way through many different levels of the construction industry from Project Manager to Marine construction operations manager, over multiple projects totaling multiple millions of dollars, I have a acquired a lot of knowledge of both large and small construction. With all the years of Quality Assurance work and dealing with local, state, and federal inspectors, I now find myself on that side of the business. The difference now is that I get to enjoy what I do, helping people make informed decisions when purchasing a home with a clear understanding of the condition of their purchase.
