Southern Exposure is a 2 BR/1 BA open concept beachside condo located on the second floor of Sunchase Condominiums. This southwest corner unit has an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beaches! Unit has been remodeled recently with granite counter tops, full kitchen, breakfast nook, wall-hung smart TV's, memory foam mattresses on every bed, washer and dryer, cultured marble surround tub/shower, among other excellent features and outdoor amenities. Guests will enjoy a seamless self-check-in by door code. The condo complex features: *Heated hot tub and pool *Outdoor showers *BBQ grills *Picnic tables *One designated parking space per unit. If you bring more than one vehicle there are three free visitor parking spaces on site that are first come first serve. There is additional public parking 1/2 block to the east on W 10th Street. The condo features: *Fully equipped kitchen *Keurig Coffee pot with K-Cups *Blender *Washer and dryer in unit, no fee to use *Beach towels *Beach toys for the kids *Family games (Yahtzee, Uno, Playing cards, Dice) *Hotel sized shampoo/conditioner combo and body wash; dish soap; laundry detergent; paper towels and toilet paper provided *Makeup washcloths *Hair dryer *Safe for valuables Guests will have access to the entire condominium except for the owner's closet in the kitchen. The cleaning fee includes a parking pass for one vehicle. All TV's have Dish network, and they are all smart TV’s for Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc. **The complex does not have an elevator. This condo is on the second floor, so guests must walk up stairs.** The seating outside the condo has a terrific view, but know it is on a common/shared walkway. This unit does not have a private balcony. **The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal. Please do not put food or grease down the drain.**
