Southern Ontario Dental College is a fully accredited College celebrating over 13 Years of Excellence in Dental Hygiene Education boasting a 99% graduation rate and a 95% employment rate. We are a cut above, offering students with multiple opportunities for application of skills in clinic, community service hours, and supplemental academic practice to ensure student success and high academic achievement. The college offers a 22 month program that includes a state of the art Clinic in which students and instructors provide Client services to community members who do not have Dental Coverage. We offer dental assessments, x-rays cleanings, whitening, mouth guards, etc. all done by our students under the supervision of qualified professionals. SODC provides students with a professional learning environment that promotes the highest standards of dental hygiene education and current practices while promoting the importance of ongoing education and research. We inspire all students to achieve academic excellence while acquiring the necessary skills to become effective healthcare practitioners and life-long learners who instill the importance of maintaining dental wellness in the public they serve. Our students have the opportunity to offer free clinics through community outreach programs as well as working with Global Smiles; a not for profit organization which provides dental care to other countries.
