A Higher Standard for Petroleum Products in Africa. The project comprises the construction of a world class 120 000 bpd Crude Oil Refinery to produce refined products complying with Euro 5 standards. The construction of the Refinery, as well its concomitant infrastructure, encompasses, inter alia, a Single Buoy Mooring (SBM), various storage facilities and a Multi-Product Pipeline to transport refined product from the refinery location in Mozambique through Swaziland into South Africa. Southern Petroleum, SA (owned by South African Muvoni Investment Holdings) has received the relevant authorization from the Minister of the Mineral Resources and Energy of Republic of Mozambique to commence preparatory work for the development a Crude Oil Refinery within the limits of the newly established Industrial Free Zone of the Ponta Techobanine area. Southern Petroleum and the MIH group aspires to become a dynamic, innovative, admired and successful black owned and managed Investment Company. We are committed to create and/or invest in business opportunities that provide solutions that have positive a impact on our society, the environment and also contribute to economic growth. MIH has recently divested itself of most of it’s IT assets and is embarking on new ventures exclusively dedicated to ventures in, inter alia, Asset Management, Commodity Trading, and its Refining Business In Mozambique. MIH has acquired substantial mineral resources and deposits in Zimbabwe, as well as infrastructure in the concomitant logistics industries. MIH is one of three companies licensed by the MMCZ to export chrome from Zimbabwe. MIH is undergoing an extensive rebranding exercise and in the future will operate under the banner of the Borroka Investment Group (BiG). The Future is BiG!
