His first commercial opportunities included Lakewood Apartments and the Don Cesar Hotel in St. Pete. At the age of 23 he was selling jobs and hiring his own employees. His belief is “to treat a job like it is your own property”, “do what you say” and “treat people like you want to be treated.” This has continued to bring success to Southland Concrete Creations and create personal, long-lasting relationships.
