About Southside Constructors
Southside was incorporated in 1999 in the state of North Carolina and is the brainchild of two college schoolmates, Darryl Kellough and Tim Laframboise, who met while studying for Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC). Together, the two friends and colleagues have established a first-rate general contracting firm possessing a seasoned management team. Combined, they have successfully managed more than 4 Million square feet of building projects and more than $300 Million in construction volume. Southside is comprised of highly experienced, well-trained professionals who as a company are dedicated to “living out” their mission statement. Thus, members of the Southside team work diligently to construct each project with the utmost consideration in order to earn 100% satisfaction from the client in addition to finishing the project under budget and ahead of schedule. The team has accomplished this by listening to their clients and adjusting to fit their individual needs.
