About Southwark Brewing Company
Southwark Brewing Company was founded in 2014 by Peter Jackson and lifelong friend Andy Nichol. We are a micro-brewery and tap room in Southwark, focussing on making quality cask ales in the traditional way, with a modern twist. Over the last 8 years, we have seen a lot of change and development. The brewery now has 6 fermenting vessels, up from the 3 original ones, including a 20 Barrel FV commissioned in February 2020. We have also hired countless new crew members from many different backgrounds and nationalities with one thing in common - a great service ethic.
