Our designers work directly with you to create an individualized outdoor space that is specifically designed for your needs and budget. Our designers average over 10 years each in their specific field of expertise and regularly attend seminars and trade shows in order to keep up-to-date with the most recent trends and products—see some examples. We make sure that all of our designs meet city codes and we obtain all necessary municipality permits. We are experts in project management. Our superintendents are highly qualified and many are fluent in both English and Spanish. Most have been with us since the company was founded! Our in-house scheduler will keep you informed of project progress, what to expect on a weekly basis and any weather delays. Our crew is in-house, NOT subcontractors, to allow for efficient and effective scheduling as well as total quality control. Rest easy—we provide a one year warranty on workmanship and have established relationship with our vendors to correct any concerns that may arise with materials or products. General Liability and Workers Comp insurance above industry requirements.
