Through instructor-led training, e-learning, and our innovative Job Task Analysis Workshops, we provide learners with the concepts and practical application to create measurable results in individual and team performance. Some of the services we offer include the following: Instructor Led Training Instructional design and curriculum development for the classroom setting. Most employees only take away 20% of what they learned from classroom training. Through active learning and adult learning methods, your employees can come away with a better foundation and better retention of the materials. eLearning As an adult learner, being in control of your own learning is key. E-Learning allows the employee to learn at their own pace. It eliminates the classroom setting and moves the training virtually anywhere you can access a mobile device. Building engaging, interactive, training filled with knowledge checks and activities allows the employee to retain the knowledge needed to grow. These types of training can also be used as smaller trainings needed for quick release over a larger geographic area. Job Task Analysis The job task analysis (JTA) process is used to help identify the duties and tasks associated with a specific job, as well as to define the knowledge, skills, behaviors, and equipment required to perform that job. Its use with many companies, community colleges, and government agencies has shown the process to be very effective, quickly accomplished, and low cost. The JTA can then enable a company or program to develop competencies, align assessments, identify gaps in current training, and identify training needs.
