Southwest Minnesota Housing Partnership is an award-winning non-profit green developer with over 20 years of experience in developing and preserving affordable housing in Minnesota. The agency partners with local units of government and community-based organizations in 30 counties to ensure that all households have access to safe, healthy, energy efficient, and affordable housing.
