The Southwestern Petroleum Short Course Association, Inc., (SWPSC) is a non-profit education organization blending the talents of the Texas Tech University petroleum engineering faculty and petroleum production experts from all over. The purpose of the SWPSC is to disseminate knowledge and technology through its annual conferences and workshops. Registrants gain insight into problem solving through their meetings with and reading works by experts, who make presentations on various production problems at each conference.
