Souvlaki Boys is dedicated to bringing Real Greek Street Food® to America. Michael is a 1st Generation Greek-American who was born and raised in Lancaster, PA. After graduating college from the Culinary Institute of America and spending much time in Greece, Michael decided it was time to bring the flavors he loved back to his hometown. At Souvlaki Boys we have a passion for the food and hospitality of Michael's Greek roots and a desire to share it with the world.
