About sp+am workshop

We are sp+am workshop - an architectural practice founded in 2024 by architects and siblings Vladimir Nedyalkov and Elina Nedyalkova. The founders have experience in residential and commercial architecture gained through work at renowned practices across London and the UK, bringing valuable expertise to every project. sp+am workshop works in two main ways: through bespoke client briefs and through our own programmes - design proposals that follow our studio’s design language. Our latest works include a full house refurbishment in South-East London, a concept project for a detached single-family house and a concept for a small-scale modular residential building. Our studio puts strong emphasis on internal layouts in our projects always pursuing harmonious, rational and less restrictive spaces which bring out the best of the apartment. We value architecture for how it shapes the lives within it and not only for how it looks. Our work is grounded in integrity, developed through years of motivated practice and driven by a desire to ask: what ideas and spaces are truly good for the people who live in them? Our studio’s architectural ideas are shaped by reimagined cultural principles, material intelligence and a belief in architecture’s responsibility to improve life. As a family of architects, we collaborate with architectural studio Niveau 51, founded by Vladimir and Elina’s father, Veselin Nedyalkov, focused in designing of energy-efficient houses with prefabricated modules. We also collaborate with visual artist Albena Petkova in our projects. We are open for communication about ideas, vision and project you might have - feel free to contact us.
