Spa of Iceland is a premium bath land home line, we love to make our SPA at home! Created and developed by Icelandic cosmetics entrepreneurs Fjóla Gudrún Fridriksdóttir and Haraldur Jóhannsson. Fjola Fridriksdottir and HaraldurJohannsson are life and business partners, successful serial entrepreneurs with over 30 years of experience building, managing, and selling successful businesses together, and operating their own wholesale company for the import of cosmetics products, fragrances, hair, and skin care products in Iceland. Forval pivoted to become an investment company in 2013. Their passion for creating high-quality cosmetics and personal care products led them to begin manufacturing their family-focused hair care products, Safe Formula, in 2001. They later sold the brand, whose market was predominantly Central Europe and Iceland, in 2013. Spa of Iceland, which the couple founded in 2016, introduced spa-class luxury to the home bath and body care market late 2018. Fjola and Haraldur capitalized on their depth of experience in the luxury beauty industry to work with some of the world’s top chemists, hair care specialists, and skin and health care professionals to ensure a high-quality line of products.
