At Spa-Tech-Us, we pride ourselves in delivering an excellent service to our customers, so you can enjoy your hot tub without having to worry about its maintenance. Our range of services, cover all types of spa maintenance, from one-off servicing, “winterising” and recommissioning, up to our Premium Plus Services Packages where we visit each month to look after your hot tub. With over 25 years expertise in fault finding, diagnostics and repair. We feel that no repair or maintenance job is too small or too big for us to take on and we would be happy to be able to discuss your spa maintenance needs. When we service your hot tub/spa, we don’t want you to be just pleased with the work done, we want you to be delighted! Our aim is to provide that “WOW” factor of a sparkling spa. Many of our customers say that they could never get their spas looking as good as we can. So we will always go that extra mile to deliver this. If you’re not happy, then we will not be happy until we have done everything in our power to change this. Open, honest and reliable approach We also pride ourselves in being open and honest with our customers. We are competitively priced and, we will advise you on what repairs or maintenance may be needed. We will give you options and will always work with you to provide the best possible solution for you. If you have a service package with us, we will always call you at least a week ahead to confirm the date and time we will be with you, and you can let us know if you need us to look at and specific problems with your spa. After each visit we will give you a report of the work carried out and any issues that may need addressing, as well as give you a date for your next full service.
