We create space for teen girls and women to evolve and feel empowered to reach their desired goals. Partnering with those who are seeking tools to manage anxiety, process trauma, and cultivate meaningful relationships is our jam. Helping women find their voice, value, and heal while living authentically is what we aim for in the therapy room. Partnering with our clients to develop a mental wellness tool kit that equips them to achieve greatness is what we do. We believe that self-love coupled with a strong support system is foundational in navigating life experiences. Creating a space for you is important to us. Processing life traumas and events can be difficult and may cause you to feel stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or even make it hard for you to focus. Experiencing emotions such as these can make day-to-day life difficult. You don’t have to do this alone! At Space For Change, we are passionate about partnering with you to help navigate these emotions and help provide the necessary tools needed to improve your quality of life.
