SpanAfrica has been supplying steel structures for over 25 years. We are an owner managed business, with a hands-on management style. We have over 120 years of industry experience in our management team We trade throughout South Africa, Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands. SpanAfrica is a member of a number of organisations which uphold the integrity, quality and standards of the industry. These include: • The South African Institute of Steel Construction • South African International Steel Fabricators • Master Builders Association . Construction Industry Development Board (Level 7SL contractor) . Pietermaritzburg Chamber of Commerce Locally, we trade actively throughout KwaZulu Natal and the Eastern Cape. We supply buildings to the Gauteng and surrounds, as well as across the rest of South Africa Internationally, we export throughout Africa, as far afield as Burkina Fasso, Sierra Leone, Ugana and up to Egypt. We regularly export to Mozambique, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Malawi. We have experience in shipping to and erecting in most African countries, as well as the Indian Ocean islands of Madagascar, Mauritius and Seychelles. SpanAfrica has supplied to and been part of numerous projects in multiple sectors: • Industrial sector; Factories, Warehouses and Mini factory/industrial parks. • Commercial sector; Wholesale Shops, Retail shops and Shopping Centers. • Agriculture sector; including Dairy, Poultry, Pork and Horticulture. • Community sector; Churches, Places of worship, Community Halls and School buildings. • Housing sector; Domestic Houses, Hostels and Low-Cost Housing.
