About SPARC Wellness

SPARC Wellness (SPARC) is a community-based, wellness solution focused organization committed to providing quality wellness services to individuals, families, communities, and institutions. SPARC was founded in 2019 by three Black women who desired to return to the community from their corporate opportunities in Managed Care and take a front-line approach to addressing the challenges and barriers from within. Looking for more meaningful and impactful ways to contribute to the solutions, SPARC was born. SPARC is an acronym for Supporting People in At-Risk Communities. SPARC is WBENC certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) and Women Owned Small Business (WOSB). SPARC strategically aims to partner with local community-based organizations and institutions that are driven to impact the health and wellness of the communities in which they serve. We take a hands-on approach to partnership, aligning ourselves with the mission, vision, goals, and objectives of our partners and working together to develop solutions that dignify and magnify the strengths of the communities. We currently provide Care Coordination/Case Management, Transitional Care/Discharge Planning, Utilization Review, Behavioral Health Counseling, Training & Development, and Quality services.
