Spark4 is the culmination of nearly two decades of helping individuals and teams get to the next level of greatness. The core belief is that when people are operating in unique team situations, outside of their comfort zones, trust and meaningful relationships are built and true growth occurs. The team at Spark4 creates opportunities for people to step into dynamic and intellectually stimulating experiences. All of our initiatives share the balance of exploration, problem-solving, collaborative competition, and fun so participants can lock in and be fully engaged. Our tenured coaches and facilitators draw on decades of corporate training experience, assessment tools, and outdoor education methods that help connect the Spark4 experience back to the real world. We call it “play with a purpose”. We go further than providing a few coined activities for you to choose from. Each program incorporates tried and true approaches that have been honed by industry professionals only, each time the experiential learning project is reimagined and enhanced to reflect the needs and circumstances of each and every client. Our work together doesn’t end with the activity, it’s the start of what’s to come in your organization.
