About Sparkles Events
Sparkles began over a kitchen table in 2006 when its founder and now managing director, Lucy Lippolis, first conceived the idea of creating a party business with a difference. Having worked with children in a variety of settings since completing her training in childhood studies, she had already built up a wealth of experience working in many areas of the field with a variety of different needs. Her concept was to provide a completely coordinated children’s party planning service, offering a range of themes suitable for different ages and preferences. The two-hour packages come as a complete service making them a very popular option with parents for whom the stress of organising is removed. Lucy recognised that a party coordinator would be a desirable element of a party and of huge benefit to today’s busy parents with hectic jobs and jam-packed schedules. Lucy injects great passion into her work and is tirelessly imaginative which is evident in the designs of her party packages and in the attitude of her team. Now in its fourth year, Sparkles is really well established and has a deservedly excellent reputation throughout South Yorkshire. Much of the custom is repeat business or word of mouth recommendations and new services and options such as after school and holiday clubs are drawing in new business. Sparkles also offers a first-class bespoke service for larger parties and events; providing a high quality and completely tailored package to suit individual requirements.
