One of my clients came to me ready to quit his job because he thought it wasn't a good fit any longer. He doubted himself, but when in fact, he is one of the best on the team. He couldn't see that in himself. In just a few months of working together in my 90-day program, he's gone from second-guessing himself and ready to quit, to becoming a leader at work.
