Spatial Future Architects is an award winning RIBA chartered practice, located in the historic town of Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire. We have a wealth of experience in residential and commercial architecture. Our varied portfolio ranges from small family home extensions to one off houses and small developments. From extensive renovations on listed buildings, to securing planning permission in conservation areas, as well as large commercial projects. Our projects range in value from £30,000 to over £1million. As a company, we aim to provide a positive architectural input to a wide client base. We have the same approach to every project regardless of size, budget or brief. As a company we believe that good architecture should be accessible for all. We therefore work with local charity groups to provide our design services free of charge each year. Recently we redesigned a local community centre in Stratford that had been forced to close. Our company is professionally recognised and fully insured. We are a registered practice with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and an Incorporated member of the Chartered Institute of Building. These memberships recognise and demonstrate our experience, skill and adherence to a high level of professional standards.
