We are passionate about working with professionals to build executive presence, authentic leadership, and powerful platform skills. In 2016, we launched a new initiative focused on women's leadership communication. We call it SheSpeaks: Business is Better When Women Speak. We believe every C-suite, Board room, conference room, and lunch room should enable both men and women to speak, lead, and succeed. Today, most workplaces have a less equitable reality: women hesitate or decline to speak 40% of the time, whereas men decline only 10%. We want to level the playing field. Barbara Roche taught leadership communication at The Wharton School for ten years. Barbara has spoken in front of audiences ranging from 25 to 2,000 people. Charlotte Dietz is an executive coach and entrepreneur. She integrates 25 years in marketing and theater performance to inspire clear, confident and authentic speakers.
