Torin and Chris bring over 60 years of combined experience and expertise in the design, construction, construction management, engineering and inspection industries to their customers, providing them with thorough, timely & accurate inspections. Torin and Chris' unique backgrounds, together, create a widely experienced team. Torin's extensive career in the Fire Protection Industry as one of the leading Fire Suppression contractors in the NYC area assures him a command of the requirements for those areas of construction. Chris brings to the team a professional career of more than 30 years in engineering and construction almost exclusively in the NYC market. His responsibilities included structural, mechanical and civil engineering design, management of large scale construction projects With offices located in NYC and on Long Island, SIS specializes in thorough inspections of NYC construction projects and knows the intricate building codes and requirements of the NYC building industry. SIS stays current on all new codes and requirements to assure all inspections are to the exact current codes. SIS DPC inspects Class A buildings and offers inspections on all types of construction from interior renovations, and build to suit projects to exterior constructions. Working with Property Owners, Landlords, and Property Tenants/Managers, we get involved from the beginning of the construction process to become part of your construction team working along with the Architects, Engineers, General Contractors and representatives involved in the project. We demand the highest level of concern and detailed oriented. Our inspections are performed as though through "the owners eyes" to ensure the highest level of safety and integrity.
