The Special Needs Companies is the fulfillment of our dream to provide our special needs families with a complete suite of professional services. It began with Special Needs Law Group of Massachusetts, which provides estate planning, advocacy, and related legal services to clients of all ages, with a focus on the special needs of individuals and their families. We then began serving as trustees of special needs trusts and providing care management services. The focus on special needs individuals and their families enables the Companies to be particularly sensitive to the multiple stresses that our clients confront on a daily basis, which are compounded by the complexities of the American legal, educational, and health care systems. The Special Needs Companies help clients navigate these systems by providing answers where they are hard to find and identifying unique solutions to each client’s particular needs and goals.
