Specialist Consulting is a young dynamic company that has recently joined the design and consultancy business in Romania. The purpose sought by Specialist Consulting is to contribute to the specific business environment in a significant value adding manner, based on an open, flexible and principle-driven approach. Based on a “win-win” principle, the success of projects we take in charge is an inner feature of our company way of work: successful achievement of our clients’ objectives is part of our development strategy. Our work is driven by principles such as reliability, enthusiasm and flexibility that recommend the quality of our outputs. Specialist Consulting business principles are driven by competence in selecting and accomplishing the commissions awarded by the clients; responsibility and respect towards our clients, partners, competitors and our physical and social environment; sustainability and continuous development of our work. Specialist Consulting facilitates access to external funding made available for the Romanian public authorities by the International Financing Institutions – the European Union, The World Bank, The European Investment Bank, The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. In this sense, Specialist Consulting has prepared vast project funding applications in the formats requested by the respective institution. As a continuation of the project cycle, Specialist Consulting has also taken in charge preparation of expressions of interest for tender participation, bid proposals, technical assistance and project management for funding implementation and post implementation monitoring. So far, Specialist Consulting has completed commissions mainly in the field of design of transport infrastructure rehabilitation works, but has also accomplished various projects related to civil and industrial objectives, tourism infrastructure and town and urban planning.
