Established in 2014 we specialise in Building Surveying and we have been fortunate enough to work with some brilliant organisations and with some fantastic & inspirational people. We treat everyday as an opportunity to grow professionally and revel in learning about new and emerging technologies, new work methods and techniques and expanding my knowledge constantly. Some of our recent projects include: Drone inspections on commercial properties such as sports stadiums, wildlife centres, government buildings, education buildings and residential amongst others as a fully CAA qualified drone pilot. Building Surveyor (Fabric Survyor) carrying out surveys on behalf of the Department for Education (DFE) as part of the PDSP, CDC1 and CDC2 scheme. From 2016 to 2026 working for the Department for Education (DFE) Firstly on property data survey programme (PDSP) and now on Condition Data Collection programme were we visit every government-funded school and further education (FE) college in England to collect data about the condition of their buildings. This data will provide a comprehensive picture of the condition of the school and FE college estate in England. We have also been involved in multi million pound renewable energy projects providing solar PV & Air Source Heat Pump systems on multiple residential properties having solar PV battery storage installed along with other energy saving measures such as External Wall Installation (EWI). We have experience working within Local Government, Education, Commercial, Registered Social Landlords, Facilities Management Providers and the Medical Sector providing specialist services to the NHS and other Health Organisations.
