Welcome to Specktor! We are the home of Product Owners. The role of Product Owner is described in the scrum guide as follows: “The Product Owner is accountable for maximising the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team. How this is done may vary widely across organisations, Scrum Teams, and individuals”. All of our colleagues fill the Product Owner role and have developed a set of competences that makes them strong and agile in the role. Specktor wants to be your business home and help you develop yourself. Your development takes shape by carrying out assignments that suit your skills and needs, by taking relevant courses and by sharing knowledge with your colleagues. You have Experienced Product Owners ready to help you. Together we ensure that we strengthen your market value and that you are excellently employable. That's how we boost your career and how you can grow as a Product Owner. On a regular basis we organise events like knowledge sharing sessions, drinks and outings. Some examples: our annual end-of-year dinner in December, our summer barbecue and in January we go skiing, boarding or hiking in Flachau.
