Since 1975, SPECS, Inc. has provided engineering and surveying services to over 3,000 clients including private individuals, city, county and state governments, contractors and developers. In-house surveying equipment is capable of interfacing with our 100% computer aided environment. SPECS, Inc. has registered professional engineers with registrations in MD, PA, and WV and professional land surveyors with registrations in MD and WV on staff.
