Can you feel it? The sound of the roaring crowd, the flash of color on the playing field, the jubilation of victory and the agony of defeat: Energy. We love sports because it allows us to feel all that energy and all that emotion throughout our being. It is the marriage of that energy and emotion that are evident in every piece that Spector creates. Jordan Spector was a multi-sport athlete growing up eventually leading to his sole focus on the game of football. Despite having no Division 1 scholarship offers Spector’s drive, passion and energy didn't stop him from becoming a walk-on football player at Temple University. Tragically Spector’s football career was eventually cut short by injury, leaving him no choice but to walk away from the game. Rather than allowing this to slow him down, Spector soon found an outlet for his passion through something he always had a secret talent for, art. Since this path in 2015 the rest is history. Spector has now garnered a reputation in the sports world for his unique mixed media style recreating moments filled with energy, emotion, and passion through the lens of a former athlete. Today, Spector is a renowned artist commissioned by many professional athletes and top tier companies in the sports industry including Fanatics, Goldin Auctions, and more. His work is a testament to the transcendent quality of art and sports. This is movement. This is passion. This is art with energy.
