Spencer House Partners LLP was established in London in 2005. Its purpose is to provide corporate finance advisory services to the financial services and other people-focused industries. We offer advice to firms, their shareholders and those interested in investing in our industries of focus, covering corporate finance (including M&A execution, strategic advisory, shareholder restructuring) and private markets capital solutions (including advisory and capital raising). 1. SINGLE FOCUS We have extensive experience and knowledge of finding solutions for the specific issues that arise in our sectors of focus. These include traditional and alternative asset management, wealth management, fund / fiduciary / corporate services, private and commercial banking, brokerage, and other people-focused ancillary areas. 2. STRONG RELATIONSHIPS Our aim is to build long-term relationships, with a significant part of our work for clients with whom we have developed longstanding relationships, have repeatedly advised and provided guidance through multiple stages of their development and across a range of corporate and strategic issues. 3. GLOBAL REACH We are an international business, with a global network and particularly strong transatlantic connectivity through our alliance with LSH Partners in forming Loeb Spencer House Partners (LSHP). A substantial proportion of our work involves cross-border transactions, with clients and counterparties located across North America, Europe, Middle East, South East Asia, Australia and Japan. 4. ADVISOR + INVESTOR In addition to our advisory services, we have made multiple principal investments which provide insights other pure-play advisory firms lack. Being an investor makes us a better adviser, and vice versa. We understand the importance of stakeholder alignment and longer-term issues which can arise from transactions, and we advise on preventing or planning for such potential issues accordingly.
