SPICE: Sustainable, Proactive, & Innovation for Community Excellence Spice provides full services to housing cooperatives including; full property management, maintenance management, handy-person, consulting, capital planning, bookkeeping, project management, community building, grant writing, and more. We do things differently in many ways from a customized service delivery model suited for the co-ops needs based on agreed outcomes to how we consider a new client and develop a bid.
