SPICE: Sustainable, Proactive, & Innovation for Community Excellence Spice provides full services to housing cooperatives including; full property management, maintenance management, handy-person, consulting, capital planning, bookkeeping, project management, community building, grant writing, and more. We do things differently in many ways from a customized service delivery model suited for the co-ops needs based on agreed outcomes to how we consider a new client and develop a bid. Each coop's delivery model is unique with Spice managing and the board governing. All of our clients are served by our whole Spice Crew as a team approach. Spice recognizes the need for long term viability, sustainability and capacity building as part of a co-op’s business practices and values, that managing our housing communities is a big task, which is becoming increasingly complex, and that every housing community is unique in its values, its challenges, and its strengths.
