Spindles of Stanley was established in the North East in 1987 and we have worked hard to maintain a customer focused, reliable and professional service over the last 30+ years. We are committed to the region and to ensuring we retain our trading location in the North East, supplying a vast range of doors and stair parts to domestic customers for their homes, trade customers to use for their construction work and businesses who are updating their office premises. A small family business - customers are guaranteed to receive a consistent service and are allocated one dedicated person to deal with their purchase from enquiry to completion. We hope by adopting this approach that customers feel they receive a more personal service where the person dealing with their purchase understands their requirements and works hard to meet these. For us, being a small business means we can really focus on our customer relationships and a quality service provision. In terms of our public customers - once they have chosen their preferred product, they can choose from supply only or supply and fit. Our trade customers choose supply only and we have a number of trade customers whom we deal with regularly for the supply of doors and stair parts for their own joinery contracts. We have partnerships with a number of manufacturers and therefore can offer an extensive and varied range of doors, stair parts and ironmongery - we offer a delivery service within a short lead time. Upholding our fantastic reputation is very important to us.
